V Resorts Camp Panna

Covered with teak forests, Panna National Park is famed for being a house to tigers, leopards, santhals, and sloth bears. Birding-enthusiasts can expect to have a busy time with 200 species of birds recorded at the park that was declared a biosphere reserve in 2011. At a distance of only 17 km are the magnificent Raneh Waterfalls and Ken Crocodile Sanctuary. Expect to find gharials, chinkaras, and peacocks. Only about a half an hour away from the resort is the city of Khajuraho known for its numerous Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist temples. Declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the temples display nagara-style architecture with erotic sculptures carved onto the walls.
